Hi! 👋 my name is Bridgette Flournoy. This past year I have started getting back into teaching fitness classes and personal training since the gyms closed in 2020.
I was previously the Director of Group Fitness at the IV YMCA, and I taught various classes at other gyms in the area. Its taken me a couple of years (life happened), but now I am teaching and training again.
Pricing is affordable as I am teaching out of the studio in my home in Skippack. I have a few regular students already, but I have room for a few more. So, if you are looking for a way to get fit and active without needing to pay for a gym membership, comment or send me a message.
I am now offering ONLINE Personal Training for those with busy schedules, as well as Yoga, Rebounding and in-person Personal Training.

WHAT YOU NEED:
✔️ Free Zoom App (download on your smart phone, tablet or laptop).
✔️ 6x6 space to move.
✔️ Mat, carpet, soft blanket or towel as we will be down on the floor.
Class is Friday 5-5:30pm. Price is $5. Must pay in advance. Click the link in comments, or scan the QR code, to register and zoom class details will be sent!
Class passes are $100 for 10 clasess ($50 savings!) and can be used towards Yoga, Rebounding and pop-up classes.
Purchase 10 sessions for $200 (a $50 savings!) to be used in-person or online.
